The Unlimited Co.
Last updated: 10 December 2025
These Terms and Conditions are a first draft prepared to reflect the business model of The Unlimited Co. They are not legal advice. Have them reviewed by a qualified solicitor before publishing.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by PITUATO TECH LTD trading as The Unlimited Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16327665, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.
By subscribing to our services or using our website at gettheunlimited.com, you (“you”, “the customer”, “the subscriber”) agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not subscribe.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you subscribe or renew applies to that billing period.
2. Our services
The Unlimited Co. provides creative execution on a subscription basis. Depending on your plan, services may include graphic design, social media assets, presentations, landing pages, copywriting, short-form video editing, brand assets, email campaigns and general creative support.
All work is delivered remotely. We do not provide services in person.
The specific services included in your plan are those described on our website or in your subscription confirmation at the point of purchase.
3. How the subscription works
You subscribe on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription gives you access to a dedicated request board where you submit and track your requests.
You may submit an unlimited number of requests to your board. We work on one active request at a time and complete it before moving to the next, in the order you set, unless your plan states otherwise. Plans that include more than one concurrent active request will say so explicitly.
Most requests are completed within an average of 48 hours. More complex requests, such as longer video edits or multi-page website work, may take longer. Turnaround times are targets based on typical requests and are not guaranteed deadlines.
You may request revisions to any deliverable. Revisions are unlimited. We will continue to refine a deliverable until it meets the brief, provided the requests remain within the scope of the original task and your plan.
4. What is not included
The following fall outside the scope of our services unless separately agreed in writing:
- Original video filming or production
- Three-dimensional modelling and motion graphics beyond short-form editing
- Legal, financial or regulated professional copywriting
- Paid advertising account management and media buying
- Printing, physical production and fulfilment
- Any work we reasonably consider illegal, unethical, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate
We may decline any request that falls outside your plan, exceeds reasonable scope, or that we consider inappropriate, without affecting your subscription.
5. Fees and payment
Subscription fees are set out on our website and confirmed at the point of purchase. Prices are shown in US Dollars, Pounds Sterling and Euros. The currency charged is the one selected or confirmed at checkout. [CONFIRM VAT TREATMENT: state whether fees are exclusive or inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. If VAT registered, insert VAT number here. If not yet VAT registered, state that fees do not include VAT.]
Payment is taken in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
Monthly subscriptions renew every 31 days. Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months. Renewal is automatic unless you cancel or pause before the renewal date.
If a payment fails, we may suspend work on your requests until payment is resolved.
6. Pausing your subscription
You may pause your subscription at any time. Billing operates on 31-day cycles. If you pause partway through a cycle, the unused days are preserved and resume when you reactivate. This allows you to use your full paid period across a longer stretch of calendar time.
While paused, you will not be charged and we will not work on requests. Your request board and its history remain available to you when you return.
7. Cancellation and refunds
There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period.
For new subscribers, if you are not satisfied within the first seven days of your first paid month, we will refund 75 percent of that first month’s fee on request. This applies to your first subscription only and does not apply to renewals or subsequent months.
Beyond the first seven days, fees already paid are not refundable, including for completed work or for unused time in a current cycle. You may pause or cancel to prevent future charges.
[CONFIRM: statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer law may apply and should be stated here following legal review.]
8. Your responsibilities
To allow us to deliver, you agree to:
- Provide clear briefs, and the assets, brand guidelines, logins or materials a request reasonably needs
- Respond to questions and review deliverables within a reasonable time
- Ensure you hold the rights to any material you supply to us
- Use the services lawfully and not submit requests that are illegal, infringing or inappropriate
Delays caused by missing information or slow feedback are not counted against our turnaround targets.
9. Ownership of work
Once a deliverable has been finally approved by you and your subscription payments are up to date, you own the final approved deliverable and may use it without restriction.
Until final approval and payment, all drafts, working files and deliverables remain our property.
We may retain internal copies of completed work. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may display finished work in our portfolio and marketing. If a project is confidential, tell us and we will exclude it.
Any third-party assets used in a deliverable, such as stock images, fonts or software, remain subject to their own licences, and you are responsible for holding the correct licence for ongoing use where these are not supplied by us.
10. Confidentiality
We treat the materials and information you share with us as confidential and use them only to deliver your requests. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except where needed to provide the service or where required by law.
11. No guarantee of results
We provide creative execution. We do not guarantee any specific business, commercial, marketing or financial outcome from the work we deliver. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to that, our total liability to you arising from or connected to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or submit requests that are illegal or inappropriate. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
